Mental Health & Employee Wellbeing

Poor mental health at work is a widespread problem in the UK and globally. A study by Mind showed that in 2018, 48% of employees had experienced poor mental health in their place of work. Poor mental health affects business as much as poor physical health. Employee absence costs the UK economy up to £18 billion in productivity loss every year.

Here at Rapid Online Therapy we offer corporate clients online therapy support for their employees mental health and wellbeing.

Clinically Proven

We provide proven evidence-based therapeutic interventions that make a real difference in the lives of our users. All of the methods we use are approved by the British Psychological Society and are scientifically validated. Research has also shown that integrating cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with hypnotherapy is more effective than doing CBT alone (Kirsch et al, 1995). Treatment can also be much quicker with an average of approximately 6 sessions compared with up to 20 sessions of CBT alone. Positive Psychology is “a scientifically-rooted approach to helping clients increase well-being, enhance and apply strengths, improve performance and achieve valued goals” (Kauffman, Boniwell & Silberman, 2009).
